Mazda Earns Manufacturer of the Year Award

Mazda Manufacturer of the Year

Congrats Mazda!

At the 2017 Automotive Management Awards, Mazda came home with the top accolade of Manufacturer of the Year. This award comes on the tails of a great 2016 and before the release of some exciting new models, including the Mazda Miata MX-5 RF.

Automotive Management’s judges were impressed by the overall Mazda brand and said, “They’re now a brand of great cars, not just the one. Attractive, reliable, and great to drive, if you weren’t familiar with the brand, or it was hidden from you, you’d think you were driving one of the premium brands”.

Over the past few years, Mazda has made a big name for itself in the industry with its excellent reliability, superb KODO – Soul of Motion design, and advanced SKYACTIV Technology. In addition, Mazda believes that every driver deserves to enjoy driving his or her car, which is why every Mazda feels like it becomes a part of you as soon as you start driving.

Whether you’re looking for a compact sedan like the Mazda2, a family-friendly crossover like the CX-5, or a sports coupe like the Miata MX-5, Mazda has what you need. Come experience the entire Mazda lineup today at Gossett Mazda Hyundai Mitsubishi and see for yourself what makes Mazda the best of the best.

Hyundai Virtually Reunited Military Families During Super Bowl

We all love seeing videos of military men and women coming home and surprising their loved ones. However, during the Super Bowl, Hyundai reversed the roles and surprised some overseas service men and women with a unique Super Bowl viewing experience.

For many Americans, the Super Bowl is something you watch with your family and is something that is truly American. In an ad, called “A Better Super Bowl,” that aired just after the Super Bowl ended, we saw how Hyundai reunited military families with some advanced technology.

At the U.S. Military Base in Zagan, Poland, Sgt. Richard Morrill, SPC Erik Guerrero, and Cpl. Trista Strauch had the unique opportunity to watch the Super Bowl in 360-degree immersive rooms that made them feel like they were actually at the game. Even better, their families were virtually with them as well.

Hyundai invited the three families to watch the game in their luxury box. After that, they placed stuffed bears that had some advanced 360-degree cameras and screens attached to it in a seat to represent each soldier.

Watch the ad below and we dare you not to cry.

Here at Gossett Mazda Hyundai Mitsubishi, we love seeing Hyundai work hard to support our troops.
