2017 Genesis G80

2017 Genesis G80

Hyundai models are known for their durable yet affordable designs. The Genesis, now known as the G80, in particular had been renowned for its high-class design and exclusive styling. The new Genesis luxury brand comes with a large offering of features so you can enjoy the model that you choose. If you want sophisticated styling and next-generation technology, the Genesis might be right for you.

According to Bloomberg, the latest Genesis models come with a refreshed look that sets them apart on the road. Rivaling more expensive models from elite German brands, Genesis’ lineup is putting other automakers to shame. Testing a Caspian black 2017 Genesis G90, Bloomberg correspondent Hannah Elliott said that “the new Genesis brand will be a separate beast entirely…Genesis has come strongly out of the gate with this flagship sedan.”

The G90 is one of the latest versions of the Genesis luxury models that is on the market, offering an array of premium features. These include, but are not limited to, alloy wheels, heated leather seating, a 12.3-inch touchscreen display, Heads-Up Display (HUD), and more. Best of all, Genesis badging showcases this brand’s luxury.

Under the hood of the G90 is a powerful 365-horsepower engine that can do 0 to 60 in just 5.5 seconds. A smooth transmission provides a pleasant ride, while a tuned suspension ensures optimum handling. There’s nothing like the new G90, or the Genesis brand for that matter. For those who want luxury without pretension, check out the new Genesis luxury lineup.

Mitsubishi’s Newest Crossover Is Confirmed

Mitsubishi LogoThe crossover segment is booming, and every automaker seems to be developing new models designed to redefine the industry. Mitsubishi’s newest crossover is in the same boat with one small difference. The new crossover has already been confirmed and is currently undergoing testing in California.

Osamu Masuko, CEO of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, confirmed that the automaker plans to add a new five-seat crossover to its lineup. The new model will fit between the midsize Outlander SUV and the compact Outlander Sport crossover. With the addition of a new crossover comes changes to the existing lineup as well.

The compact Outlander Sport will shrink to better match competition like the Subaru Crosstrek and Jeep Renegade. That puts it in the perfect position to grow customer loyalty for the Mitsubishi brand as the subcompact crossover segment is seeing sales trending upward.

Production of Mitsubishi’s newest crossover is set to begin in fall 2017, an indication that the brand is continuing to shift away from the struggling sedan segment.

The new crossover will compete with the Kia Sportage and Ford Escape and boast styling similar to the eX Concept and XR-PHEV II shown at auto shows in 2015.

Here at Gossett Mazda Hyundai Mitsubishi, we’re pumped for the arrival of Mitsubishi’s newest crossover!
